We would like to transfer our website to a new host and there may be some downtime during the weekend. Downtime is a period of time when a website isn’t operating or functioning properly due to the transfer of files from one server to another. For example, Someone may happen to visit the live url in the middle of the transfer and be presented with an error message. We hope to minimize this occurring and if it does, it won’t last more than an hour.
The reason we are doing this is we want our customers and students to have the best experience serving our website both in terms of speed and usability.
We would also like to start a few projects in the coming future, and we feel we will need to have a few things in place, powerful hosting and servers being one of them.
